Alpine Woodlands to Floodland Plains

Nestled in the cooler southeast corner of the mainland, Victoria is a small state with more than its share of natural beauty. It has a spectacular coastline, snow-covered mountains and giant forests of Mountain Ash—the tallest flowering plant on Earth. The state capital, Melbourne, is regularly rated as one of the most liveable cities in the world and the subject of our plan to create an urban forest strategy.
