Where the Rainforest Meets the Reef

Famous for its 2,300 kilometre long Great Barrier Reef with 900 islands, Queensland has outstanding rainforests and wildlife like tree-kangaroos and Palm Cockatoos. Inland there are vast deserts and productive agricultural lands. We work closely with Indigenous Traditional Owners across north Queensland’s tropical savannas for better conservation outcomes, and conduct research on the reef.
